    Francis or Fanny CRONK

BIRTH:
    Mt. Pleasant, Westchester County, New York was later called Ossining.

NOTE:
    Fanny and her family were driven out of Nauvoo by the mobs and lost everything. They started West, but Fanny died of the hardships on the way and was buried in Iowa.

DEATH:
    History written by Catherine Van Velsor Smith indicated that Stephen died before Fanny, leaving her alone with two little girls. Death dates recorded list Fanny as dying first.
