NOTES: 1. In 1704 Robert Tullis was listed in Burlington, New Jersey, as a Friend (Quaker) unwilling to bear arms and kill. However, in 1715, his name appeared on the list of Colonial Militia from the north side of the Cohansey River. Robert died sometime before 8 March 1725/26 when Henry Joyce willed 5 shillings to the widow of Robert Tullis, in addition to cancelling all debts owed to him by Robert Tullis. He also mentioned "all my stones that Robert Tullis digged in the Woods".
