SHED, FRANK E., 1921, Daniel Shed Genealogy; p. 91 shows Joshua's middle name to be Bigelow, last name spelt as "WOODWARD", listed wife Patty as vii child of Solomon SHED, date and place of marriage, and their seven chidren.  Joshua was a farmer in Springfield.

Jessica W. Stevens, 1053 Serpentine Dr. S., St. Petersburg, FL 33705-6139, in 3 Sep 1997 letter to Kenneth M. Reim, stated "this family Joshua B. Woodward & Patty Shedd were in the 1830 census of Unity, NH, Joshua & wife in their 50's and one daughter in her 20's.  Johsua and his son Samuel first appeared in the Unity tax list in 1829."
