                   IMMIGRATION:
Immigrated aboard the Campania, from Liverpool to NY, arriving 13 Apr 1914. She was coming to see Mr. Thomas William Godderidge in Smithfield, UT, and referenced her stepfather, Mr Turner, at 30 Park, St Atleboro, Nuneaton.

BIRTH:
Some records show Nuneaton as a birthplace, but the 1901 English Census shows Cannock Chase, Stafford.

PARENTS:
Samuel Turner is almost certainly NOT the father of Annie, but is her step father. She was born out of wedlock, and her father is unknown. After immigrating to the US, she listed her parents as Thomas Collins and Annie L. Flavell. We know that her mother was Annie Louise Collins, and so we must assume the information about a father named Thomas Collins is also erroneous. The Flavell name is the married name of her mother's sister, Elizabeth Collins, who married William Flavell. She might have listed this in an effort to hide the fact that she was born illegitimately.

RESIDENCE:
In 1911 the Samuel Turner household was just three doors down from the Thomas Godderidge household, whom Annie followed to Utah.
