"I, Thomas Baker the elder of Hartshill in the county of Warwick, Gentlemen. . ." 1. Debts to be paid. 2. To my friend, John Baker of Ansley in county of Warwick "all that moiety of half share in the messuage etc., at Wilnecote in the county of Warwick now in the occupation of Obadiah Miles subject to the life estate of Obadiah Miles." 3. "I, Thomas Baker, of Hartshill in the county of Warwick, farmer, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath all my share and interest in four closes of land with the appurtenances in Desthill in the sd. county of Warwick now in the occupation of John Brown unto my nieces Elizabeth and Ann Christian their heirs and assigns as tenants in common and not as joint tenants.
