Leic., Eng. Will of David Villers, GSF#96,019 D-Will 25 Oct 1731 THE WILL OF DAVID VILLERS: (Warwicks. England Probates GSF 96.019) In the name of God, Amen. I, David Villers of Mancetter in the County of Warwick. Yeoman, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following. (that is to say) in the first place I comitt my soule to God who gave it hoping for his acceptance thereof through the meritts of my Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ. Imp: I give and bequeath unto my loving sonn John Villers of Mancetter in the county of Warwick, Yeoman and my son-in-law Simon Baker of the Parish of Mancetter aforsd Yeoman the sum of forty pounds to be paid within three years after the date of this my last will and testament to be put out at interest for the sole use and benefitt of the two eldest children of my daughter Anne Baker now wife of the above Simon Baker until such time as they shall come to the full age of one and twenty and for their maintenance, nourishment and education. But if in case either of the said children should happen to die before the age of twenty and one years, then the remainder I give to him or her being the survivor if attained to the age of one and twenty or when he or she shall attain to that age. But if in case they should happen to die (that is to say the issue of my said daughter Anne Baker being the two eldest) That then and in such case, I give and devise the said sum of forty pounds to my son John Villers and his heirs, executors and administrators forever. Item: I give and bequeath to the younge man that is now with me that I have brought up the sume of ten pounds to be paid to him within three years next after my decease. Item: I give to my said son-in-law Simon Baker one shilling and to my daughter Anne Baker and her two children living at my death the sume of ten schillings and six pence apiece all which said sumes or legacies herein above mentioned, I order my executor herein after mentioned to whom I give all the rest of my personal estate, to pay the same as they shall become respectively due as afore of this my last will and testament and do hereby revoke all former wills by me made desiring him to see my debts, legacys and funerall expenses justly and honestly paid.
