I have made some assumptions about who this John Bissell is. The Loomis and Hadley books referenced state that he was of Windsor and lived in Coventry. This John Bissell meets this criteria. Also The Windsor book referenced states that he had only two children born of his first wife and the second was b. in 1683. This indicates that his first wife probably died after that chidbirth, leaving time for this John Bissell to marry Sarah White in 1689........Bla 05/23/02
A second John Bissell who was b. 26 Jan 1660 in Windsor is recorded in NEHGR 1851: Vol 5, Pg. 63.
