Further research disclosed the marriage of John Foster to Mary Kimball. It is assumed that someone mistook the spelling of Kimball for Kilmer. In any event, we have assumed that Mary Kimball is the name of the spouse. However, there are several Mary Kimballs born in Essex County, and Ipswich in particular, so that I have not been able to determine which was the bride of John Foster.........Bla 09/07/02
