OTHER: The "Hobart Report" listed in NEGHR 1967: Vol 121, various pages,  lists many of the events in the family of Peter Bacon. The entries seem to be sporadic and often do not give the full names of people.  We used the information provided by paid geneanogist, Pat Bowen, as recorded in LTR 482...............Bla 03/02/02

OTHER: NEGHR 1973: Vol 127, Pg. 116 states that when Peter Bacon died in 1694, the only children still living were Mary and Susanna, who were both named in his will.

OTHER: It is possible that there were two Peter Bacons.  As first names are not given in some of the records searched, the Miss Bacon reported in AF could be the daughter of a different Peter...........Bla 03/02/02

                   DEATH: LTR- 482-1 Record cited states that she was in her 94th year, but given the present birth and death dates in our records that is not the case.  It is 100 years.

MARRIAGE: Martha Howland is also reported to have been married to a John Dawson.  But after additional research, this person is actually John Damon.

                   BIRTH: I tried unsuccessfully to further identify this child. Mass vital records did not provide any assistance.  It could have been a child born to Peter and his wife Sarah-  but as infant mortality was fairly common, we have elected to assume it was an unnamed child of Peter Bacon and Marth Howland and have submitted the temple work with this assumption...........Bla 08/30/02
