                   Note:  The recorded date of baptism is only a few days before the recorded date of the endowment (both while she was living).  These are the dates in the IGI files.

BIRTH: LTR 41- Copy of Idaho death certifate which gives date of birth and names of parents.

ORDINANCES: LTR 119- Temple Index Card.  Interestingly, there are two dates on this card.  One date of 1869, which would probably indicate baptism as a child.  (Her parents were earlier baptized.) Then there is a date of 21 July 1878- just before she went to the temple to be married.  Even more interesting is that the Ordinance File shows that her siblings also have a baptism date which is just before endowment date.  I have left the July 1878 date in my records as this is what the official church records show...............Bla 12/22/01
                  

                   LDS ORDINANCES:  The endowment is shown as only 15 days after baptism, an unusual happening.  However, this is the way it is recorded in the IGI.  Perhaps no record could be found of an earlier baptism and she was rebaptized in order to beendowed in the Endowment House. One could also surmise that she and her husbandwere sealed on the 21 Jan 1885 date although the IGI does not record such an event. It does, however have a 1982 date and a pre-1970 date.  We have used the endowment date as being the date of sealing.
                  

                   LDS Ordinance Sources indicate a bapism date of 1877 for George Franklin Barker.He would be appropriately 8 years of age.  But as the date is not more defined, someone resubmitted his baptism (by proxy) and he was rebaptized 23 June 1970
