BIRTH: LTR 5-1 states that he was b. in 1791. See note below.
NOTE:
Ancestral file records also show Rial Allen as having been born in 1791. Thus, he would have been 7 years younger than his wife, Margaret Knox. This is an unlikely difference. Further, he would have only been 16 at the time of the birth of his first son. (I suppose there is a possiblity of daliance here, but that aside,I did the following.) The children of his parents are spaced quite widely, so I arbitrarily changed his birthdate to about 1788. While he would then be still younger, than his wife, it preserves his place in order amoung his siblings and makes the marriage/dates a little more reasonable.....Bla

ORDINANCES: LTR 173-Temple index card for his sealing in the Salt Lake Endowment House. The information was givenby himself, and so considered accurate. It gives birth date and place, names of parents and wife and ordinance dates.
He married Margaret Evens 21 Oct 1806 at Somerset, Pulaski, Kentucky . Margaret Evens was born at Knox, Tennessee 1784 daughter of John Evens and Mary Margaret Moore .
