                   ORDINANCES: LTR 485-  This is the only ordinance data which could be found. (Proxy baptism was done after proxy endowment)

OTHER:  The History of Ancient Wethersfield states ( pg. 328) that Margaret Bliss, the second child on this Family Group Sheet, and who married Nathaniel Foote,  was the daughter of Nathaniel Bliss and Margaret of Springfield.  Other records state that she was the daughter of Nathaniel Bliss and Catherine Chapin.  After reviewing the documents in the NEHGR, I found that the PARENTS of Nathaniel Bliss were Thomas and MARGARET. As several other records support the wife of Nathaniel as being Catherine Chapin, we assume that the record in the Ancient Wethersfield reference is in error and probably has the mother and wife mixed up ..............Bla 04/08/02
