BIRTH: The History of Sunderland book states that this Mary was the daughter of John Graves of Hatfield. But I have researched all books from Hatfield, Sunderland and surrounding areas with no success. I reviewed the 3000 plus Mary Graves and the 400 plus Eleazer Allises in Ancestry.com- all with no success at finding this marriage (again) nor any further record of this Mary Graves. I have to assume that the author of the History of Sunderland has confused the two Graves (Jemima and Mary). Nevertheless, I have left Mary shown as a wife to Eleazer, but with unknown parents and have submitted the ordinance work........Bla 08/25/02.
