      Butler, first Earl of Ormond and seventh of Butler, son of Edmund Butler and
      his wife Joan Fitz Thomas.  She married #2. before April 20, 1344, Sir Thomas
      de Dogworth who was killed in Brittany.  Eleanor acted for him after his death
      and rendered an account of his expenses while he had custody of Brittany.  In
      1361 and 1362 she was directed to send deputies to confer as to the state of
