                   Robert Dunbar of Durris, who, upon this father's resignation, got a charter under the great seal confirming "to Robert Dunbar, son and apparent heir of Alexander Dunbar of Durris, and Christian Learmouth, his spouse, and the heirs to be procreate between them, all and haill the lands of Durris, Drummin, Balleblare," &c., dated 14th November, 1526, with a sasine following thereon of the same date.He got another charter under the great seal to him and his said spouse of the lands of Balleblare, Bellichernok, Clarachan &c., in Inverness-shire, dated 14th April, 1564. He lived to a great age, and by the said Christian Learmouth had a son and successor.
