    1. The 1920 Census lists Joseph as a n apprentice machinist.
    2. The 1930 Census indicates that Joseph was a musician in an orchestra.
    3. Joseph's last residence listed on his Ellis Island record was Sada, Spain.

                   NOTES:
   1. After Joe died, Ruth sent the boys to live with her parents.  She saw them on weekends and occasionally would fix them dinner during the week.  Jerry suffered with Asthma Attacks wich were discoverd to be connected with feelings of Abandonment.   (Jerry left home at the age of 17)  
Ruth later became a nurce at San Francisco General.
2. On September 8,  1970  Ruth was in an automobile accident.  It left her in intensive care . 
She was able to meet Moutain Girl and her and Jerry's child named Annabell who was seven months old at the time. 
3. Ruth remained the dotting grandmother to Heather after Jerry and Sarah split up.  Sara was also close to her helping with the funeral.
