    John the youngers will was dated in 1789.  This was a new
    will with
    reference to an older one.  We think Frances and Catherine
    were dead
    at the time as he left all of his belongings to his neices,
    nephews,
    and sister Mary. John was a Yoeman and executer of his
    father's will
    and heir to his father's estate.
    Note:   Frances Ellenden was not mentioned in John the Elder's will
    but John
    the younger and his daugher Catherine were, we beleive she
    was dead
    at this time as John the Elder mentioned his other
    daughter-in-laws by
    name in his will.
