Obit gave place of residence Marion Co.,Ohio in Lucretia's early years.
Cemetery headstone said Lucretia was 27 yrs old when she died and she died in
1891 which would have made her born in 1864.  Marriage cert. said she  was 25
which would have made her born in 1860.  Would need to find her in the 1880 fed
census with her father David Lodwig and see how old she is.

9 Feb 1899 =  Mrs Eugene Chase died at her home in this city, Tues., Jan. 31.
of quick consumption, after an illness of about three months.  The deceased was
born in Linn Co., in 1870, and moved with her father, D. Ludwig, to this
town when a child.  She leaves her husband, 3 small daughters, a father and
two brothers to mourn her death. ( Harold's note: birthplace is in correct.)

Date on death cert differs with Harold's
date. If you calculate her age at death on cert she would have been born 1869.

Birth record of Mary Ann gave her mothers name as Lucinda Bell Lodwig

No headstone in the Fairbank Cemetary.  Need to check with Harold.
