He died 4 Oct 1714. He married 23 September 1667, Mercy Worden, b. about 1641, daughter of Peter, Jr., and Mercy, of Yarmouth. She died 22 Sept 1688 "in the 48th year of her age" according to her gravestonem, which is still standing in the Winslow burying-ground in Dennis. The monument is of a hard slatye, is said to have been brought from England, and is the oldest of the yard. The headstones of Kenelm Winslow, his two sons, and many of his descendants are also to be seen. He married 2nd Damaris ??, who survived him and was living 27 March 1729 "Kenelm died in the 79th year of his age according to gravestone. He early removed to Cape Cod and settled in that part of Yarmouth which was afterwards incorporated with Harwich, and which is now Brewster. His homestead was near the westerly border of the town,m now known as West Brewster, Satucket, or Winslow's Mills. Find a Grave - Thomas Winslow - born 1672 in Scituate, Plymouth, Massachusetts, USA died: 6 April 1689 in Dennis, Barnstable, Massachusetts, USA Thomas Winslow (1636-1715) is the son of Kenelme and Marcy Worden Winslow (1640/41 - 22 Sep 1688). He was christened on 03 Mar 1672/1673 in Scituate, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Kenelm Winslow and Mercy Worden were married 23 Sep 1667 in Yarmouth, Barnstable, Massachusetts, USA. Siblings to Thomas are: Kenelm II, Josiah, Samuel, Mercy, Nathaniel and Edward Winslow. This is one of the oldest stones on Cape Cod. It is an early Lamson carving of a small winged skull in a small tympanum. Note the ornate border below the skull which extends around all sides of the inscription area. He was living in 1750 and perhaps followed his sons in their emigration to Hardwick, He died at Petersham, Massachusetts. His children were: Mercy, Elizabeth, Ann, Thomas, Kenelm and Judith. Deacon Samuel born about 1674 in Harwich "in early life he stydled cordwainer and afterwards yeoman, resided in Rochester, 1700 and was Deacon of the First Church in that town as early as 1710. He was one of the proprietors of Leicester, Worcester, Massachusets in 1724; and 6 Feb 1733 he gives a deed of land in Leicester, to Wm. Wickes. He married 26 Sept 1700 to Bethia Holbrook of Scituate. He married 2nd 11 Nov 1703 to Mercy Kingm, of Scituate in 1678, daughter of Deacon Thomas and Elizabeth (Clap) of Scituate. Deacon Thomas King in his will dated 1711, gives "to daughter Mercy Winslow 30 pounds." She died 16 Feb 1733 in Rochester, Massachusetts.
