West Point - Services were held at the Gardella Mortuary Chapel Tuesday, December 19, for Fred F. Patison, 83 who passed away on Friday at the Mark Twain Hospital following a lengthy illness. Mr. Patison was a native of Oakdale and had been a rancher in Calaveras County for 60 years. He was a member of the Calaveras Lodge F & AM #78, Scottish Rite Bodies in Stockton and the Calaveras County Farm Bureau. Surviving is his wife, Hazel, of West Point. A niece and 3 nephews also survive. Calaveras Lodge #78 and Re. McMinn officiated and interment was held in the West Point Cemetery.
