Seavey - «/b»Children of William Seavey and Helen (Baron) Seavey: William, c. 1648-1732 Pg. 6-9 - William Seavey, the younger, was born about 1648. He married Hannah, daughter of Thomas and Hannah (Johnson) Jackson. She was born about 1663. Admitted as a freeman at Boston in May 1674, he was surveyor of highways in 1683 at Portsmouth on grand juries, coroners' juries, etc. . . . Of sixty-odd years' remembrance, he deposed at Newcastle, 21 May 1719 that he had been on the Sheepscot River in Maine before King Philip's War. . . By his will, dated 21 March 1728/1729 and probated 18 June 1733, "being of sound and perfect memory, but crazy and infirm in body,". Thomas Seavy and Robert Irwin by Crockety Allen Harrison - He was a surveyor, served on grand juries, coroner's juries, inquests, as a bondsman, a signer of petitions.. . His will was made 21 March 1729, and probated 18 June 1733, so he probably died in April or May of 1733. His wife Hannah was made executrix along with his son William.
