Nephi - Rachel Ellen (Leil) Park, 70, wife of Hugh A. Park, died Wednesday at 6:30 PM in the family home of a lingering illness. She was born 8 January 1876 at American Fork a daughter of Thomas and Susannah Pass Worthington. She was married to Mr. Park 2 July 1898, and was a teacher in the Relief Society for many years.
Survivors include her husband and four sons and daughters, Loren Park, Mrs. Zella Cazier and Mrs. Eva Sperry, Nephi; Loris Park, Springville; a sister, Mrs. Mary A. Park, Murray; four brothers, Charles Worthington, Manti: Joseph H., William, and Orson Worthington, Nephi, 19 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1 PM in the Nephi South LDS Ward Chapel by Lester Belliston, Bishop. Friends may call at the family home Friday evening and Saturday until time of services. Burial will be in the Vine Bluff cemetery.
