NOTES: Blessed on 5 JUL 1888 in Provo 1st Ward, Provo, Utah, by John Giles. Baptized in the Provo River on 26 JUL 1896 by his brother, A. Brigham Liechty. Ordained a Deacon on 6 JUN 1901, and was set apart as President of the Deacon's Quorum the following Sunday.  Ordained a Priest on 15 JAN 1912 by Elder Burdell Davis. Ordained an Elder on 10 SEP 1916 by Elder Edward Partridge.

NOTES: Sarah Magdalana was baptized, live, in the Manti Temple by her father. She went to Provo in 1911 to pick fruit for Mrs. Muhlestein. It was at this time that she met Ephraim Leichty, who she married.  They were married in the Manti Temple on Feb 16th, 1916 by Bishop Jacob B. Jacobson.
