                   On the record that Albert J. Elggren received from Sweden the birth date of Anders was 6 mar 1768 and not 4 July 1766 as Adolph states in the Logan Temple records

The Logan Temple Records show that Adolph Frederick Elggren acted as proxy for Baptism and Endowment for Andrew Frederick Elg.  Althougth our record show that it is Anders Christoffersson Alg or Elg and the date of birth are different the death date is the same and we feel they are the same person.  The records states that Adolph was the grandson of Andrew Frederick Elg.

The Logan Temple Records show the Adolph and Johanna were proxies for Andrew and Lisa and states that Adolph was grandson to Andrew and Johanna was grand daughter-in-law to Lisa.

It is believed that Andrew and Anders was interchangeable.

                   Albert J. Elggren, grandson summitted Anders Alg name for temple work.  Adolph already had the work done in the Logan Temple in 1889.  The work that was done in the Salt Lake Temple is as follows.

Baptized on 8 July 1933 with Stephen Elggren as proxy.  The ordinance # was 18967.  James Alma Ure did the baptizing with Joseph B. Garrett, confirming.  Witnesses were Ramus Mickelson, Floyd spilsbury and George W. R. Dent.  Recorder was Huish F. Yates.  This is found on page 557 of Book 5 G on film # 183547. The baptism was also done on the same day under the name of Anders Frederick Elggren, born, 25 Nov.  Krisberg. Ostergottland, Sweden,  died 25 Dec 1855.  This also was found on page 557 of the same film.
