Elizabeth Hedrick.
Then from some papers that Dan hadthat were compiled by Lee Vanhorn of
Edmonton for a reunion in 1983 in Vancouver:
"Abraham Van Horn - Born on the farm of William and Margarete (Thomassen)
Van Horn, near Whitehouse, Hunterdon Co., New Jersey; Baptised in the
ZionLutheran Church of New Germantown (now Southwick). Concerned about
land forhis sons, William, about 1787, began the first of many trips to

Oct 1801, sold July 1834 to Christian Heise."
These papers also give dates for Abraham as Born 1 Aug 1776 Died 17 Sep
1851 Baptised 1 Jan 1777
and Elizabeth Hedrick b. 1784 Married 1800???
Marguerite Beck has the children in this order:
Frederick b. 1801 m. Jerusha Chapman -I've found them in census records
Elizabeth b. ? m. ____Beebe 1821 - ditto
Lucy d. Aug 4 1852 age 42 m. Thomas Boden 1835 - have found Thomas with
secondwife Anna Whitney in census records along with Lucy (Jr. - may
have been born at the time her mother died in 1852 - dates would fit) -
dau of Lucy Vanhorn and Thomas Boden
Mary m. Wm. Nichols - in census records
Sarah m Jacob Size1813 - found Jacob in census but no sign of Sarah
Anne m. John Waggoner 1815(it's hard to tell what these dates are
sometimes - I assume this is birthdate?)
William b. Dec 17, 1802 - single - found him in census
John
Abraham b.May 14, 1811, died 1885 m. Frances Amelia Whitney 1820-1885
(Their gravestones have 1885 as year of death but their death
registrations say they both diedin 1882 - this is the only place I have
seen the name Frances - usually Amelia or Amelia Ann)
George b. 1818
Peter b. 1821
Susan b. 1824 m. Henry Hooperd. 1897 age 73 (not sure if death date is
for Susan or Henry?)
Margaret m.Wm. Chapman 1819 - found in census
Phoebe m. Wm Tomlinson 1846 - found in census and obits etc.
I was in Ontario during the Easter holidays and went to Uxbridge - only
had a couple of hours () next time more I hope - but in some papers
there found a note that said:
"Juliana (Ann) some have confused with a"Nancy" ( a daughter of a Thomas
Van Horne of Whitechurch Twp. who married aDavid Watson also of
Whitechurch Twp. Julianna of this family
Here's what Ihave from Dan (California) - it came from a reunion from
the Manitoulin Is. Vanhorns. It was compiled by E. Marguerite Beck and
is handwritten with handwritten additions and notes so a bit hard to read
