1686, December 7, his first intentions of marriage with Rebecca Tilton were published before the Shrewsbury Monthly Meeting of Women.
1697, June 1, he occupied land in Middletown
1709, October 19, he made his will which was proved September 7, 1710. In his will he styled himself as "Daniel Appelgat", SR, resident of Middletown, Monmouth County. He named his wife, Rebecca, sole heiress and executor of real estate and personal property; two eldest sons, John and Jacob, each to receive six shillings, two youngest sons, Bartholomew and Ebeneezer, each to receive one shilling; four daughters Susanna, Hannah, Mary and Rebecca, each to receive one shilling.	1  _TITLE Notes
