                   Note: Three of his sons, Henry, John, and Richard backed the Duke of Monmouth in the Monmouth Rebellion. They were charged with high treason and exiled to Barbados. Another brother, George, later joined them in Antiqua, West Indies. Both Thomas and his wife Amy were buried in the Chancel of Parish Church at Winterbourne, England, a small town located between Frampton Cottrell and Bristol.
Was referred to in Jahn Symes will dated 1658. Also in the will of Elizabeth Langton,
Doynton Co. England.
