Artis Manasco Jr., 56, died in Many, Monday, Nov. 8, at 1:30 p.m., after a short illness.
Funeral services were held at the Warren Meadows Chapel Wednesday, Nov. 10, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. L. C. Manasco officiating.  Interment was in the Fisher Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home
Pallbearers were Sherman Lewing, Andy Hennigan, Ray Lewing, Herbert Lewing, Kenneth Gunn, Mid Barron, and Jack Barron.
Surviving relatives are his wife, Betty Joe Manasco of Houston, Tex.; one son, Art Jefferson Manasco of Houston; two brothers, W. C., and Elmer Manasco, both of Many; five sisters, Leda Manasco, Many;  Leola Lewing, Florien; Myrtie Eason, Fair Oaks, Calif,; Lela Humphrey, Linesville, Ala.; and Lois Barron of Eupora, Miss.
