Arrogant and proud, he made many dangerous enemies.  He was induced tojoin
the great Papal movement of that time, was arrested, charged withfostering a
conspiracy involving the assassination of the King, tried, convictedand
executed 03 OCT 1531.  His estate was confiscated and thus thedownfall of the
family was complete.
