A petition for parti tion recited that Hezekiah, Tobias and Peter Wynkoop owned about 1/8th of a mill-dam. An agr eement had been made on 21 April 1789 reciting that disputes had existed as to the boundry li ne between two patents of land at Catskill, Greene County New York, one of them owned by Chri stian Myers and the three Wynkoop men and agreeing that the whole of the fall of water at th e saw-mill, with the mill, mill-dam, gangways, roads to and from the waterfall, should belon g to the patentees, respectively, as tenants in common.
