IT APPEARS THAT ROBERT LEFT UNPAID DEBTS AND ON 14 MAY 1691, HIS WIDOW WAS
GRANTED PERMISSION TO SELL PART OF HIS LAND IN ORDER TO PAY THESE DEBTS.  THE
CHILDREN WERE BAPTIZED IN FAIRFIELD AFTER HIS DEATH.
WAS STEP BROTHER TO HIS WIFE WHO WAS THE DAUGHTER OF HIS FATHERS SECOND WIFE
