Obituary Tobacco Valley News; Eureka, MT Allen L M Van Horn Allen L M Van Horn, 91 born Feb 22, 1914 to Inez and James Van Horn, Died Dec 26, 2004. He was raised in Lincoln County until he moved to Sitka, Alaska 45 years ago. He was preceeded in death by wife Ethel Keller Van Horn and son-in -law BerylStacy. He is survived by daughters Phoebe Stacy of Eureka, Rose and husband Frank Hartley of Sitka, Alaska; son Allen and wife Sharon of Eureka; 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.

Inez letter: Dec 1978 - Ethel Pearl Keller Van Horn was found dead in her bedon Dec 31 in the am. I had went to church with Fr Obrien, When we got home,Lee came to the car, asked Fr if he could come in, he said no, I have Mass at Snohomish. The he looked at Lee, asked whats wrond, Lee said Allens wife is dead. "In that case they can wait for me, he came in about 20 min. came back noon 1 1/2. So kind. Ron and Sharon, Frank & Rose, Bob & Hallie, Inez & Boyd. Al & Wife Hawkins; came. Sad time for all. We all left here Tue and went to Montana, Funeral Sat 6th 1 pm Baptist Church, Burial in Tobacco Cemetary., Eureka, MT. Douglas, Donnie and Dean Stacy, Lee Harrington, Frank Hartley, Steven Carvey were casket bearers.
