Daniel, Capt. DENISON
Frederick Denison wrote in 1872; "Capt. Daniel served in the colonial militia. His commission was dated 'New Haven, Oct. 24, 1765'. Though ready for thefield in defense of the liberties of the colonies, he died as the great-patriot-struggle wa s opening. Worthy in both public and private life, he left a valued name. His remains, as slso those of this wife, now lie in Elm Grove Cemetery."
