From: Nathaniel Magruder, planter of Prince George's Co., and Susannah his wife To: John Fraser, clerk of Prince George's Co., and Ann his wife; Susannah and Anne, daughters and coheirs of Giles Blizard of Charles Co., inherited the 1,000 acre tract called Blew Plaine on the south side of Oxen Creek, 700 acres called St James both in Prince George's Co.; Cain's Purchase in Charles Co., 600 acres in Baltimore Co., called Athelborough; Signed: Nathaniel Magruder (mark & seal), Susanna Magruder (mark & seal); Witnessed: Rob Bradly, Sarah Bradly; Memo: 9 May 1713 Nathaniel and Susannah Magruder acknowledged deed (This is the first of several documents covering 8 pages relating to this settlement)

Nathaniel (as deceased) and his two sons are mentioned in the 4 Feb, 1739/40 will of his brother, Alexander.
