March 7, 1699/1700, styled "Gent." for natural love and fatherly affections he deeded to his son Henry, "Broome" of 220 acres, lying on the north side of the South River and on the west side of Broad Creek; also 200 acres of "Wardridge," as well as "Ridgely," also on the north side of the South River.
