In thathebequeathed to his wife Mary, to his son Nathaniel, to his daughtersMaryHolbrook and Ruth Whitman each L20 and to his daughter DeliverancePetteeL60. His sons James to have the remainder and be executor.Witnesses:John Torry, Eben Bicknell and Paul Torrey (Suffolk Probate,26:308)

Entered his intention to married Mary Stowell in Weymouth, 10 Jul1714.Nathaniel was received by his father's will "the house he nowdwelleth inwith all the lands adjoining thereunto both upland and meadow,orchardand barn and half his father's upland lying at the westerly end oftheeastern neck near Netehant's (Nahauton's) beach." He married twiceandmade his will 17 Aug 1747 mentioning therein his wife Anna, hissonsWilliam,k Nathiel, Thomas and John, to daughters Mary Studley,Sarah,Ruth, Hannah. Executors, William and Nathaniel Petee (SuffolkProbate,40:83) His death record, 30 Aug 1747 states that he was son ofWilliamand Mary Pettee. Son John unmarried 17 Aug1747.
