OH. 1817 appraised a stray horse. 1818 purchased land in Kelso twp Dearborn IN sold in 1822 to dau Rhoda. 1820 not in census of either co. but sold 100 acre farm and bought 800 acrea in Ripley Co IN and 166 acres in Brookville Franklin IN. 1823 at Pipe Creek baptist church authorized to form branch of Little Cedar Grove and hold meetings at Robert Terrys. 1824 Thomas Loller, Rueben and Martha (Patsy) Terryjoined and James and Rhoda Falkner were dismissed. 1825 sold land to dau Nancyand John Garrison, Bellis Garrison, David Thomas, Ansel Terry, John Winters andIsaac and Sarah Lyons (perhaps 2nd wife's son). 1826 sold to John Day (dau Ruth). sold land 1834 to son William, 1839 to Henry Weber, son Rueben
in 1846. 1853 named moderator pro tem of Pipe Creek Baptist church. 1861 Church
tells Will if he wont take care of father they will; Will states he will if
father moves into his home.

BIRTH-DEATH: tombstone McClary Cem (Coffey) Wash twp Daviess Co MO
died at son David's home. He donated the land on which McClary cemetery is
located to trustees of Daviess Co.June 18, 1880,from Coffey,heading North turn Rt on Beacon and go 2.3 miles and turn right into farm. Graveyard is located at top of hill about 2 blocks behind farm house. New tombstone replaced in 2002.He didn't want to be buried there as know one would visit his grave. There has beena great deal of interest
