To eldest son Ralph and hrs., land where he now lives; shd. he die without issue, to son Joshua and hrs. (for desc. see will). 
To son Thomas and hrs., 300 A. Hedley Hill; he dying without issue, to return to John and Caleb Milbourne and their hrs. 
To 2 youngest sons, John and Caleb, and their hrs., residue of Price's Grove; they both failing issue, to son Ralph and hrs. Also dwelling plantation and personalty after decease of wife. 
To son Joshna, personalty. 
To dau. Grace Fleeining, silver cup marked R. M. 
To wife Mary, extx., use of dwell. plan. during widowhood; personal estate during life; shd. she marry, her thirds, with residue to children, equally. Two youngest sons to remain with their mother until 21 yrs.; shd. she marry, to be of age at 18.
