William Edward CONDER

                       Orval was raised in Utah. He was a member of the LDS Church. His parents were William Edward Conder and Addie Lillian Clark. After graduation from High School, he came to California to work. He was in the Navy during WW II and served in the South Pacific on an aircraft carrier. He suffered with asthma and contracted malaria while in the service. Upon his release, he attended and graduated from Woodbury College in Accounting. For a period of time they had a furniture business in Inglewood. About 1952, he started a TV business called Honolulu TV Sales, in Hawaii. The family lived there for a short time, but his health failed. For several years, he worked for North American Aviation Company, which became Rockwell International, as an administrative negotiator with the government. He had a medium build and was very slender. He suffered with breathing problems the rest of his life, but he never complained. He died of natural causes at home. He is buried at Fairhaven Memorial Park.
