                   The Richard Rowe family was found on the U.S. census in Grass Valley,California at the same time that James Thomas Jenkin and Mary Ann Rowe were living there.  I am assuming that they are related but I don't know how, therefore I am having their work done for them but I am not having them sealed to our family line.
