    Caleb KIMBALL, II

NOTES:
    1. This Caleb is the earliest record of the name Kimball in Well, Maine. He came to Wells about 1700 and lived in that part of town known as Kennebunk.
    2. Caleb is believed to be a descendant of Richard Kimball who sailed from England in 1634. Richard and Henry Kimball, brothers, sailed from England April 10, 1634 in the ship "Elizabeth" and landed in Boston. They both went to and settled in Watertown, Massachusetts. Richard removed to Ipswich, Massachusetts in 1637.
