Maren Hansdatter was the mother of Maren Sophie Sorensdatter Nohre who married Anders Knut Nohre and lived in Modum.  She was either born in perhaps Tyristrand (Bu), or Norderhov.  Maren Hansdatter died when Maren Sorensdatter was 1 week old.

Maren Hansdatter lived on Hollerud farm in 1866 per Tyristrand parish records.  Lived in Heggen from 1870, 1874 per Census of 1875, Modum.  Her last two children were born in Heggen.
