                   Susanah crossed the plains in the Willie Handcart Company.  They arrived in the
valley of the Great Salt Lake 5 Nov 1856.  She pulled a handcart all the way.
She was 26 years old at the time.  Her short autobiography is in the possession
of Anna Lea Lloyd Spencer.  It was written in long hand and is signed.
