She is born in Kentucky.  (Elizabeth Jane Hart is David's 3rd wife)  Children: Ely, son age 15, born TX; Charlie, son age 13,  born TX; James, son age 11, born TX;  Maud Joy, granddaughter age 2, born TX; Josephine Epley, daughter age 14, born TN;  William, son age 9, born TX.    All of the children state their mother was born in Kentucky and grand daughter was born in Mississippi.

         According to Ann Bowman (RBowman3@satx.rr.com) a researcher on the
           Joy Family line stated that David Epley's 3rd marriage was to a
           Elizabeth Jane Hart who was a widow of James Alexander Joy.
           Elizabeth Jane was the daughter of Caleab and Sarah Lawson Hart.
