Burkett who is deceased; witnesses are Jeremiah Bush, A.F. Todd, and J.F. Dickens, and dated Feb. 4, 1867. On another page of the same film it states that Jeremiah Bush is made guardian for Jeremiah Burkett.

He states that the father of Henry'swas Memberance Burkett. Gilford County, NC was a Quaker community, so James' grandfathers name was probably Rememberance and shorten to Memberance by family members.
