William Green HILL

                   PARENTS-SIBLINGS:
        Rutherford County, Tennessee Land Records pg 666, states:
                   "Know all men that by these present that we Wesley Crunk and Laura Crunk and heir of Garsham Hill deceased for and in consideration of the sum of fourteen dollars and twenty five cents to us in hand paid... this day bargained sold and do hereby convey unto Elisha W. Hendrix all the rights titles claims and intrust that we Wesley Crunk and Louisa Crunk in common with John, Cynthia, Naomy, Garsham, William Green Hill hath in and to ......... estate that descended to us by the last Will and Testament of William Hill deceased consisting of real and personal Estate namely one tract or parcel of land lying in the county of Rutherford and State of Tennessee bounded as follows........containing by estimation two hundred and thirty acres more or less.  Also six negroes .............  Dated October 8, 1949.  Personally appeared before me Thomas MKnight deputy clerk of the County Court of Marswhall County Louisa Crunk from court having appeared before me privately and apart from her husband Wesly Crunk and acknowledged the Execution of said bond to have been done by her freely voluntarily and ......... without compulsion or restraint on the part of her said husband and for the ........23 day of October 1849.

SPOUSE:   This may not be the same William Green Hill married to Martha Luna, but may not be the same William Green  Hill son of Gresham Hill.
