                           George Davis age 46 a farmer born in England, both his parents born in England.
                           His wife is Elizabeth M. age 38 born in Ohio, her father born in Pennsylvania her mother
                           born in Kentucky.  Children living with them are Lucy E. age 16, George A. age 14,
                           Polly V. age 12, Joseph L. age 8, Nancy S. age 6, Samuel H. age 4, and Lydia M. age 3.
                           All of the children were listed as born in Utah.
MIGRATION:  Came to Utah October 16, 1853 with the John Brown Company.

ORDAINED BISHOP:  George was ordained a Bish on August 21, 1887 by Lorenzo
            Snow.  He was the Bish op the Wilford Ward, Yellowstone Stake,
            in Fremont County, Idaho from 1887 to 1893.  He was ordained a
            High Priest on July 24, 1877 by Franklin D. Richards.
