"In the name of God Amen I Morris Francis of Box , In the parish of Lanelly in the County of Carmarthen, for or Being weak of Body; but of sound and perfect mind & memory And understanding - - Thanks be to the allmighty God for the same, Do make publish & Declare this my Last will and Testament
This fourteenth day of June in the year of our Lord 1820.
"In manor and form following; that is to say:
I commend my Soul to the allmighty God who gaveth it;
And my body to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter Named - - -
First I give and bequesth to my Nephew Thomas Francis, Son of my Sister Mart Francis; the Sum of five pounds of good and lawfull money to be paid him in Six months after my decease
By my Executix hereafter Named
I also give and Bequeath unto David Francis Son of my sister Margaret Francis of Talsarno; the Sum of three pounds of good and Lawfull money to be paid him in Six months After my Deceas; by my Executrix
I also give and Bequeath unto my Nephew John Francis, son of my Brother David Francis, the sum of five shillings of good and Lawfull money to be paid him Six months after my Decease.
I also give and bequeath unto my Nephew Griffith Francis the Sum of five Shillings of good & Lawfull Money to be paid him in Six months after my Deceas by my Executrix. I also give and Bequeath unto Lucie Jones, wife of William Jones of Bryngwynbach, the Sum of five Shillings To be paid her in Six months after my Deceas by my Executrix.
I also give and Bequeath unto Mary Francis my Beloved wife; all and singular the rest residue and Remainder of my [      ] and personal Estate and Effects Of what kind or nature to ever to hold [     ]                                    And I do hereby nominate and appoint my Loving wife, Mary Francis, my Sole Executrix.  In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal the Day and year first above written
