                                                                                OBITUARY
     William James Llewellyn, 68, died of a heart ailment Saturday at Los Angeles, Calif. He lived in Salt Lake City for 20 years working as a candy maker for the J. G. McDonald Candy Co.  For the past 10 years he had made his  home in Alhambra, Calif.
     Mr. Llewellyln was born in Salt Lake City, Dec. 31, 1878, a son of Hopkins Edward and Ann Phillips Llewellyn. He married Pearl Hobbs in Salt Lake City Feb 19, 1902. She survives. He at one time owned and operated a candy business in Boise.
     Besides his widow Mr. Llewellyn is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Pearl Showalter, Alhambra, Mrs. Ruby Jensen and Mrs. Garnet Egly Bath, both of Salt Lake City, Three sisters, Mrs. Mae Papworth, Mrs. Jean Thomas and Mrs. Edith Sperry, Salt Lake City; four brothers; Edward Hopkins Llewellyn, Chicago, Ill., George Haydn Lllewellyn, Salt Lake City and Joseph Francis Llewellyn, Butte, and five grandchildren.
