                      I Christy remember Aunt Luise very well.She was my Grandmothers oldest sister and my Parents would take us children to visit her often.She lived in a Retirement Home close to the River Eine in my Hometown Aschersleben.
She was a little small lady who seemed always happy to see us .She had her Hair parted in the middle combed straight back.Her Hair was grey braided and pinned at the nape into a bun.Her Husband was a large Man and they lived in this one very large Room which faced the street on the second or third floor. I really liked to visit her and feel so blessed to have known her and her Daughter Aunt Friedel Henschel who was the first Woman I ever knew who smoked; and yet she was such a very nice,kind Person.Not wicked,evil as I heard People say Woman who smoked were.
